ON – GRID SOLAR POWER PLANT
On-Grid Systems are solar photovoltaic systems that only generate power when the utility power grid is available. They must connect to the grid to function. They can send excess power generated back to the grid when you are overproducing so you credit it for later use. An on-grid or grid-tie solar photovoltaic system is when your solar photovoltaic system is connected to a utility source or electrical service provider. You pay for the amount of electricity you consume to the utility provider. These are simplest systems and the most cost effective to install. These systems will pay for themselves by offsetting utility bills in 3-4 yrs. Grid-tie solar systems use inverters that meet the requirements of the utility and must not emit noise that can interfere with electrical devices such as reception for television and must retain acceptable levels of harmonic distortion for quality of voltage and current output waveforms. On-grid solar systems are advantageous as the electricity is utilized by the owner during the day and any surplus is supplied to the grid; some utilities pay for this surplus electricity at a higher rate known as a Feed In Tariff (FIT). During the evenings, when solar electricity is not generated, electricity is drawn from the grid avoiding the need for costly battery banks

Your CFA/subsidy claim approval depends on the successful inspection and commissioning of your rooftop solar energy plant. The process also involves pairing a new metering system with your plant. The final amount of solar subsidy in Haryana is calculated according to your total system size which has been approved by your local DISCOM authority or recommended by your empanelled solar vendor, whichever is lower.

Warranties Term
All Equipment Supplied by us shall carry original equipment warranty/guarantee terms.
The back-to-back warranties/Guarantee provided for components and workmanships are as highlighted below:
- SOLAR PANELS – Microtek or Other Same level Brand
- Product Warranty 12 years for Manufacturing defects on PV modules
- Performance Warranty Power degradation < 2.0% in first year <0.45% /year in 25-30 years
- SOLAR INVERTER – Microtek ONGRID Inverter
- 10 YEARS STANDARD REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
- SOLAR SYSTEM –Provider –The Battery Hub
- SERVICE WARRANTY – 5 YEAR
- EXPECTED LIFE- 30 YEARS
Validity of Offer
Legal Payment Terms:
The customer agrees to clear the payment in full within 30 days from the completion of the solar panel’s installation work. In the event of any delay in payment beyond the stipulated 30-day period, the customer shall be liable to pay interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 12% per annum from the 31st day onwards. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in legal action and additional costs incurred for debt collection. Any disputes regarding the payment or the quality of the installation work shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
By engaging in our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these payment terms and agrees to fulfil their financial obligations in a timely manner. “

Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, fire, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by producer
Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure or insufficient ventilation.

Removal, installation, and set-up service charges
There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Envision Enterprises liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product.
THE BATTERY HUB shall not be liable for:
Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise
Any claim against the customer by any other party.
